Trainer and Technical Manager- IT Systems


Job Summary:
The Trainer & Technical Manager will support for our ELV (Extra Low Voltage) security systems, majorly IT Solutions (Active and Passive) for technical insights, while also developing and delivering high-quality training programs for technical staff and clients, ensuring best practices, project success, and a highly skilled team. This role includes conducting technical evaluations for all new candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Management (60%):

  • System Expertise: Lead installation, configuration, commissioning, and maintenance of IT Systems Solution (both Active and Passive).
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical faults in hardware and software across IT systems.
  • Project Oversight: Supervise site surveys, project planning, execution, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, site reports, and asset logs.

Training & Development (40%):

  • Curriculum Design: Develop technical training modules for junior technicians and engineers on system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Delivery: Conduct classroom trainings, hands-on workshops, practical sessions, and user training for clients on system operation.
  • Mentorship: Mentor the technical team to build their skills and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Keep the team updated on the latest ELV technologies, security trends, and best practices. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years in IT (Active and Passive) installation, maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or training role.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications  will be a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Deep knowledge of major IT Solution brands (CommScope, Panduit, Belden, Nexans, and Molex,  Cisco, Juniper, and HPE Aruba, , TP Link , Netgear).
  • Excellent Problem-Solving, Communication, Leadership, and Interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
